I started getting first reactions to The Anatomy of Creative Blocks. Some of you wrote me that you cried. Some of you told me that the Author's Note hit you straight in the heart. Some of you told me that you felt seen - perhaps for the first time.

The truth is this: the reason you're crying... is because I cried too. This book was not written from an ivory tower or a zen period in my life. It was written from my own blocks - long, painful, silent. From those years when I felt unseen and unheard, not because others didn't perceive me... but because I couldn't see myself, I couldn't hear myself and I wasn't myself.

Writing this book was not an intellectual exercise. It was an autopsy. A resurrection. A recall.

Creativity is not just art. Creativity is life.

A lot of people ask me:

„So the book is about writing? About content creators? About artists?”

No. It's about people. Creativity is not something you do with a pen, a laptop or a camera. Creativity is your life force - the energy that moves your decisions, your choices, your courage, your identity.

So when you block your creativity, you block your life.

And then we wonder why we feel that way:

• exhaust
• anxious
• sick
• unmotivated
• unseen
• unheard
• not valid
• disconnected from ourselves

Not because we are „flawed”. But because we are congested - emotional, energetic, creative, spiritual.

The Anatomy of Creative Blocks not just explain „why”.

But also what you can do when everything seems stuck. In the body. In the nervous system. In your truth. In your life.

„Are you in the book?”

Someone asked me that a few days ago. Half smiling and half serious:

„I know you've been through a lot... but is it really YOU in these pages?”

Yes. Uh, it's me.

Probably the only reason I could write it. If I didn't have this habit very Annoying to analyze everything in the smallest detail, I probably would have said:

„It was tough... I survived.”

And I would have stopped there. But you don't write 200 pages about something you haven't lived, studied, processed and turned into medicine.

And this whole creative wave... started in September 🙂

Yeah, two months. It's so new, I'm still marveling at it myself.

These two months:

• we launched Anatomy of Creative Roadblocks
• work on Speed Selling 3.0 - How to Grow Your Business Without Losing Your Soul because this book is already 10 years old and although it was a bestseller in its time, it needed an upgrade 🙂
• I finished the novel The Weight of Peace - you'll love it if you haven't figured out how God really loves you.
• develop the political-romantic series Backchannel Files (I haven't even talked about this series yet, so I'll tell you now that it's based on my graduation thesis from the Romanian Diplomatic Institute - Kosovo and the Transatlantic Rupture. More ... when his turn comes)
• and, of course, continue the dark romance series as Ellen Bellmare - where they're redefining the genre Digital Journal About me 🙂 The romance genre has always reflected society. Dark romance just dims the lights a bit so you can see what usually hides in the shadows.

They are all in different stages. And they will come one at a time, or all at once 🙂 as I finish them.

I know they're not for everyone.

They are „hard to define” to put it in the terms allowed by a text appearing on the internet.

New people sometimes need time to realize how one woman can contain so many worlds at once: business, spirituality, dark fiction, geopolitics, creativity, entrepreneurship.

But be careful: and so are you.

You are not one story. You are not one identity. You are not „just this” or „just that”. You are a Universe. Just because Instagram gives you 180 characters in your bio doesn't mean you have to make yourself so small that you fit in there. You are a Universe trying to find a door through which to express itself. And when that door gets stuck, it hurts.

Let it out!

Whatever is stuck inside you - let it out. This book will help you. Not because I'm special, but because YOU are. Because your creative voice has been searching for you for years. Because your life force wants to move. Because the truth wants to be expressed, not delayed.

And if you also read fiction?

And my novels help you. Because my characters... are also stuck. They're scared, too. And they look outside themselves for trust. And they're near death or near truth. And you will see yourself in them as you see yourself in yourself.

Courage is not a state. It's a decision.
