PRODUCT RETURN 

The andreeahalikias.ro team makes every effort to ensure that the products delivered and our services are of the highest quality. We personally select every product offered in our online shop and we do our best to ensure optimal shipping conditions. However, if there are any problems with the products ordered and you wish to return them, you can do so. According to O.U.G. 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract. The return of products shall be at the customer's expense within 14 days of termination of the contract. It is recommended to use the same transportation service used to receive the products.
