Welcome to 2025! 🎉

Every new year, we fill ourselves with excitement, lists of goals and grand plans. Yet often, as the months pass, we often lose our way. Ever wondered why?

The truth is, I'm not a big fan of rigid targets. Why is that? Because we get attached to them - to „how it should be” and „when it should happen”. And when things don't go exactly as we imagined, we get frustrated.

But what if, instead of setting goals, we created a space for play, discovery and materialization?

Exercise for the start of the year

Let's do something different. Take 10 minutes and try this exercise:

1️⃣ Write down 3 things that bring you pure joy.
Not something „useful” or „productive”. Something that makes you smile for no reason. It could be dancing around the house, reading a good book, writing a book or taking long walks.

2️⃣ Ask yourself: how can I integrate more of these things into my life?
Not as a goal, but as an intention. For example, „I want to dance more often because it makes me feel free” or „I want to write more often because it makes me feel inspired, happy, strong”

3️⃣ Visualize: What would my life look like if I brought more of this joy?
Imagine a year from now, feeling more joy, more freedom, more space for yourself.

How to let things happen

When you create a play space, you leave room for surprises. And often, what materializes in that space goes far beyond what we could have planned.

That doesn't mean you do nothing. It means you act from a place of joy, not pressure. You allow yourself to explore and enjoy the process.

A year in the space of joy

So instead of setting a rigid list of goals for 2025, why not play? See this year as a field of exploration where anything is possible?
