Bianca Radu, author of the book „Hypno Minset is a specialist psychotherapist with training in clinical hypnosis, relaxation and Ericksonian therapy, specialized in Paris on medical hypnosis and hypnosis applied in dentistry.

„I wrote „Hypno Mindset” for people (from children to adults) who want to lessen their physical or emotional pain, but struggle with fear and inability to cope with it, and who don't realize that misperceptions about hypnosis, limiting beliefs, and too little information about it are obstacles that hold them back in managing the pain they suffer from.

I have also written for healthcare professionals who want to provide a gentler medical experience for patients before, during or after different treatments or surgeries, thus helping to reduce the discomfort or pain associated with them, and to help patients heal and recover more easily and quickly.

So, what I want to offer people, through my book, is access to some information, simple and useful techniques, „psychological pills” if you like, that they can use when they experience pain and suffering.

These techniques work when you have the right mental setting (in adults) and can be presented to children as games.”
